目的了解漯河市肺炎患儿中非典型病原体感染情况,为防治工作提供依据。方法对符合肺炎诊断标准的783例患儿,应用间接免疫荧光法进行肺炎支原体(MP)、肺炎衣原体(CP)、嗜肺军团菌I型(LP1)血清IgM抗体的联合检测,对非典型病原体阳性患儿进行双份血清抗体检测。结果 783例患儿中,非典型病原体感染215例,总感染率27.4%,其中肺炎支原体(MP)143例,感染率18.2%(143/783)、肺炎衣原体(CP)60例,感染率7.7%(60/783)、嗜肺军团菌I型(LP1)12例,感染率1.5%(12/783)。肺炎支原体(MP)感染率最高,各年龄组阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=41.071,P﹤0.05),女性感染率高于男性。病程两周后再检测65份血清,血清抗体均有4倍增高。结论该地区儿童非典型病原体感染率较高,应引起高度重视。
Objective To understand the prevalence of atypical pathogens in children with pneumonia in Luohe City and provide the basis for prevention and treatment. Methods A total of 783 children with pneumonia were enrolled in this study. Serum IgM antibodies of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP), Chlamydia pneumoniae (CP) and Legionella pneumophila (LP1) were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay. Serum levels of atypical pathogens Positive children with double serum antibody test. Results Of the 783 children, 215 were infected with atypical pneumonia and the total infection rate was 27.4%. Among them, 143 were Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP), infection rate was 18.2% (143/783), 60 were Chlamydia pneumoniae (CP) % (60/783), Legionella pneumophila type I (LP1) in 12 cases, the infection rate was 1.5% (12/783). Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection rate, the positive rate of each age group was statistically significant (χ2 = 41.071, P <0.05), female infection rate was higher than men. Two weeks after the course of testing 65 serums, serum antibodies were 4 times higher. Conclusion The prevalence of atypical pathogens in children in this area is high, which deserves our attention.
