随着机械加工技术的不断发展,数控车床的应用也越来越广泛,数控技术朝着高速度、高精度的方向发展。保证零件加工的精度是零件生产加工企业为获得经济效益与能够在激烈市场环境下生存的关键性因素。因此,为了提高产品的精度,应对多变的市场环境,生产厂家必须采取相关措施提高数控加工的精度。本文首先对数控车削加工进行了介绍,研究了影响数控车削加工精度的因素,重点分析了如何对数控车削批量加工的精度进行控制,提出了注意事项,并得到了相关的结论。
With the continuous development of machining technology, the application of CNC lathe is also more and more widely, and the numerical control technology is moving towards high speed and high precision. To ensure the accuracy of parts processing parts and components manufacturing and processing enterprises to obtain economic benefits and can survive in the fierce market environment, a key factor. Therefore, in order to improve product accuracy and respond to changing market environment, manufacturers must take relevant measures to improve the accuracy of CNC machining. In this paper, CNC turning machining is firstly introduced, and the factors that affect the precision of NC turning machining are studied. The key points are analyzed how to control the precision of NC turning batch machining, put forward the precautions, and get the related conclusions.
