近年来,房地产一直都是一个被炒得火热的话题,加剧了房地产业的飞速发展,带动越来越多的房地产公司繁荣发展起来。所以在愈演愈烈的房地产业竞争中,加强自身的各种优势显得更为重要。经济效益最大化是企业追寻的最大化理想目标,要想有效提高房地产业的经济效益,就必须对房地产项目的工程造价进行严格的管理和控制。在保证房地产项目工程质量的基础上,抓好工程造价管理工作,尽可能的降低工程造价,从而不断提升企业的经济效益,实现产业的长足发展。本文对影响房地产开发项目前期工程造价的因素进行了分析并浅析了加强房地产开发项目工程造价管理的措施。
