针对新建非住宅建筑的英国绿色建筑评价体系BREEAM 2011现已实施,本文从适用建筑类型、评价指标体系、评分和分级方法、评价阶段等方面对其进行了介绍,并在纵向上将其与此前的BREEAM 2008、横向上将其与我国的评价体系和标准进行了比较。同时,重点讨论了BREEAM 2011如何替代此前分别用于不同建筑类型的8个2008版。最后,对其管理方面条文、多项量化指标、限定创新技术方向等技术特点进行了总结,可供我国绿色建筑评价体系借鉴。
BREEAM 2011, a new green building evaluation system for new non-residential buildings, has been implemented in China. This article introduces it from the aspects of applicable building types, evaluation index system, grading and grading methods, evaluation stages and compares it with previous BREEAM 2008, compared with China’s evaluation system and standards. At the same time, it focuses on how BREEAM 2011 replaces eight 2008 editions previously used for different types of buildings. Finally, summarize the technical characteristics of its management provisions, a number of quantitative indicators, the definition of innovative technology direction for our green building evaluation system for reference.
