融资与保障是实现“走出去”战略的重要一环,我国出口信贷体系提供的融资与保险产品单一,支持力度不够;进出口企业单纯依靠间接融资,融资渠道单一;与发展中国家开展业务,缺少短缺资源与外汇资金的调剂机构,是阻碍“走出去”战略尽速落实的三大障碍。为此,必须进一步完善我国的出口信贷体系;降低进出口企业进入资本市场的门槛;创建短缺资源与外汇资金的调剂机构。
Financing and security are an important part of the “going global” strategy. The financing and insurance products provided by China’s export credit system are single and insufficiently supported. The import and export enterprises relying solely on indirect financing have a single financing channel. With developing countries doing business, The lack of a shortage of resources and foreign exchange funds swap agencies, is hindering “going out” strategy as soon as possible to implement the three major obstacles. To this end, we must further improve China’s export credit system; reduce import and export enterprises to enter the capital market threshold; to create a shortage of resources and foreign exchange funds swap agencies.
