中国电子学会广播电视学会学术年会于1981年1月10日至14日在天津召开。会议由广播电视学会主任委员隋经义同志主持。参加年会的有高等院校、科研单位、工厂以及广播事业、工业管理机构的学者、教授、工程师及技术人员等124人。会议中宣读了广播电视的近期科研试制成果及学术动态综述等论文共62篇,对我国广播电视当前科研及生产中的学术及技术问题进行了热烈讨论并提出建议,举办了小型展览会,展出国内外部分广播电视新产品。年会期间还邀请了德意志联邦共和国专家比希斯博士作了关于广播卫星的专题报告,并进行了讨论。年会论文中,有关于广播电视体制及新发展动向的,如卫星广播、立体声及双伴音广播、电视多工广播、电视数码化技术、立体电视、电视唱机及共用天线系统等;还有结合新产品研制提出的理论分析及实践总结,如高频大功率晶体管功率合成,晶 The Chinese Academy of Sciences Radio and Television Society academic annual meeting in January 1981 January 10 to 14 held in Tianjin.
