在1972年市售156种新药中新合成的药物仅占65种,其中只有两种前列腺素(前列腺素F_2α和E_2)为第一次推荐到临床使用的新类型药物。美国在72年中,33个制药厂只介绍了64种新药,其中11种是新合成的药物,在这11种中只有6种是美国试制的。在所介绍的新药中,有不少是复方药。复方药要比单个药效果好,但必须注意复方组成的合理性,要精心设计并经受临床考验,此外还需考虑到药物的相互作用。
Of the 156 new drugs marketed in 1972, 65 were newly synthesized, of which only two prostaglandins (prostaglandin F_2α and E_2) were the first new types of drugs recommended for clinical use. In the 72 years in the United States, 33 pharmaceutical companies introduced only 64 new drugs, 11 of which were newly synthesized drugs. Of these, only 6 were trial-produced in the United States. Among the new drugs introduced, many are compound medicines. Compound drugs than single drug effect, but must pay attention to the rationality of compound composition, to carefully designed and subjected to clinical tests, in addition to taking into account the drug interactions.
