高检院发布的《关于进一步加强对诉讼活动法律监督工作的意见》,对民事行政检察工作提出了具体要求,也是新形势下对民事行政检察工作新的、更高要求。现在,无论是从实践的需求、政治上的要求,还是从民众的期待、检察制度发展的规律性等方面来看,民事行政检察监督的强化这个命题的提出是必然的结果。我认为,民事行政检察监督的强化,主要应从以下几个方面进行:
