丝虫病引起的阴囊象皮肿,其重量超过百磅(45.5公斤)者,我国尚无报导。我院于1961年11月曾收治一例巨大型阴囊象皮肿患者,手术切除的阴囊重达58公斤。随访17年,摘要报告如下:秦××,46岁,泗洪县人,农民。病人在31岁时,发现两侧阴囊皮肤增厚下垂。常有淡黄色液体由阴囊皮肤渗出,“日达半瓦盆”,静置成胨样,并有乳糜尿。十年后渗液停止,常伴有寒热,阴囊迅速增大,被迫卧床、静坐。血涂片检查证实为丝虫病。术前体重115公斤。卧床测阴囊为84×65×25cm~3(附图)。于1961年
Filariasis caused by scrotal elephant skin swelling, weighing more than one hundred pounds (45.5 kg) were not reported in our country. Our hospital in November 1961 had a case of huge scrotal elephant skin swelling, scrotal resection of surgical weighing 58 kg. Follow-up 17 years, abstracts report as follows: Qin × ×, 46 years old, Sihong County, peasants. At the age of 31, the patient found thickening of the scrotal skin on both sides. Often pale yellow liquid exudation from the scrotum skin, “half a tile basin”, standing peptone-like, and chyluria. Ten years after the effusion stopped, often accompanied by cold and heat, scrotal rapid increase, forced to bed, sit. Blood smear confirmed as filariasis. Preoperative weight of 115 kg.
