一个时期以来,思想政治工作难度增加,效果也不再那么“一抓就灵”了。尽管我们的思想政治工作者恪尽职守,竭尽全力,但总免不了言之谆谆,听之藐藐。这究竟是什么原因呢?本文拟从思想政治工作同优化社会环境,思想政治工作同行为心理学,思想政治工作同搞好社会主义精神文明建设三个方面的关系谈谈自已的一孔之见。一、优化社会环境,净化社会空气,创造思想政治工作的良好外部环境。社会存在决定社会意识是马克思主义的一个基本观点。人的行动是由思想支配的,然而人的思想归根结底是由现实决定的。李瑞环同志在主持中央宣传思想工作时曾说过,在商品经济条件下思想政治工作“究竟怎么办的
