我院自1979年10月至1988年3月共手术治疗157例女性尿瘘患者,现报告如下。一、临床资料 1.一般情况:本组年龄19～68岁。病程4个月～46年。病因:难产43例;施产钳术10例;旧法暴力接产34例;剖腹产39例;腹式子宫切除4例;阴道手术3例;膀胱结核2例;膀胱结石1例;膀胱炎2例;枪伤2例;外伤2例;酒精注射治疗子宫脱垂5例;子宫托压迫2例;输尿管开口异位1例;先天性尿道下裂2例;妊娠5个月自发漏尿1例;病因不明4例。 2.分类:(1)按解剖部位分类:尿道阴道瘘28例(其中尿道完全缺损15例,尿道大部缺损7例);膀胱阴道瘘43例;膀胱宫颈阴道

Category: (1) According to the anatomic site classification: 28 cases of urethral fistula (including complete urethral defect in 15 cases, most of the urethral defect in 7 cases); bladder vaginal fistula in 43 cases; bladder cervix vagina
