凝血酶原时间(PT)、肝促凝血活酶试验(HPT)及凝血因子在慢性乙型肝炎病理炎症分级中有无诊断价值,国内外鲜见报道。因此,我们对凝血指标在慢乙型肝炎患者肝脏炎症分级中的诊断价值进行了研究,将凝血指标与常规生物化学及纤维化指标进行了比较。
Prothrombin time (PT), hepatic thromboplastin test (HPT) and clotting factor in the pathological grade of chronic hepatitis B have no diagnostic value, rarely seen at home and abroad. Therefore, we investigated the diagnostic value of coagulation index in the classification of liver inflammation in patients with chronic hepatitis B, and compared the coagulation indexes with the conventional biochemical and fibrotic indexes.
