中职音乐教学要立足社会、服务社会,中职音乐学生大部分学生都输送到幼儿园,这需要教师不仅要教给学生实用的音乐知识,更要教给学生很多做人的道理。作为一名中职音乐教师,要因材施教,传递给学生知识的同时,把爱心传递给学生,让学生在特殊的工作岗位上能够发挥自己的光和热,作为今后的一名幼儿教师,和普通的教师不同,要懂得的不仅是知识技能,还要懂得幼儿的心理,摸透幼儿的想法,更好地和幼儿沟通,和幼儿成为朋友和亲人让家长把幼儿放在教师的手里安心、放心。这需要幼儿教师真正换位思考,让幼儿从心底真正喜欢教师,喜欢和教师一起玩耍,喜欢幼儿园这个大家庭。
