在全俄内燃机车研究所对内燃机车拱形牵引齿轮进行了试验台磨损试验,并对实物拱形齿轮按标准方法进行了弯曲疲劳强度试验。试验表明,模数为8mm的拱形齿轮,其疲劳强度在相同材料和制造加工条件下比相同模数的直齿轮高50%以上。机车牵引传动装置采用拱形齿轮可延长疲劳寿命1.5倍~2倍。
At the All-Russian Research Institute of Locomotives and Rolling Stock, the test bench wear test was performed on the arcuate traction gears of diesel locomotives. The bending fatigue strength test of the real arched gears was carried out according to the standard method. Experiments show that the modulus of 8mm arched gear, the fatigue strength of the same materials and manufacturing conditions than the same modulus spur gear more than 50%. Locomotive traction gear with arched gear can extend the fatigue life 1.5 times to 2 times.
