目的总结睾丸扭转的早期诊断及治疗方法,提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法对18例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 18例患者均行手术探查,12例保留睾丸,6例切除睾丸。结论对于本病要高度重视和警惕,通过细致的病史采集和体格检查,及辅助检查,争取早诊断,早治疗。
Objective To summarize the early diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion and improve the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 18 patients underwent surgical exploration. Testicular specimens were preserved in 12 cases and testes were excised in 6 cases. Conclusion The disease should be highly valued and vigilant, through careful medical history collection and physical examination, and assisted examination for early diagnosis and early treatment.
