兖州矿业(集团)公司济宁二号煤矿4304(北)综采工作面为四采区边角煤开采工作面,各生产系统均利用六采区生产系统,但六采区水仓当时尚未施工故不能形成排水系统。根据以往经验,施工装备一个永久水仓至少要0.5 a。他们利用大口径聚丙烯管道配合法兰盘连接,在六采区皮带下山与4304(北)综采面皮带机头东侧安装组装式水仓。
