思想变革是一切变革的先导。在推进改革创新中,思想观念的转变是最大的难题,也是最关键的一个环节。长期以来,受旧体制机制的影响,很多企业干部员工安于现状、墨守陈规、等待观望的惯性思维方式不同程度地存在,不愿转、不敢转、不会转的问题也不同程度地存在。如果没有首先在思想观念上进行转变,改革与创新就无从谈起。所以,要想改变现状,必须有破釜沉舟的魄力,敢于涉险滩的勇气,大胆冲破旧有思维模式和传统观念的束缚,不断增强改革创新的自觉性和坚定性,才能推动改革。
