对不同群体条件下拔节前冬小麦主茎内源激素的变化进行了测定。结果表明,四种植物内源激素的含量存在着较大差异。脱落酸(ABA)进入越冬期后明显提高,高密度高于低密度;赤霉素(GA3)在冬前不一致,除低密度处理含量处于较高水平外,冬后都呈下降趋势;细胞分裂素(Z+ZR)高密度条件下冬前出现了高峰,而后逐渐接近;生长素(IAA)在冬前分蘖期低密度含量较高,进入越冬期高密度较高,冬后不同密度都呈下降趋势,高密度含量显著高于低密度。同时也说明ABA可能与小麦抗寒性有关,Z+ZR和IAA与分蘖的发生紧密相联。
Changes of endogenous hormones of main stems of winter wheat before jointing under different population conditions were determined. The results showed that the four plant endogenous hormone content there is a big difference. Abscisic acid (ABA) increased significantly after overwintering, and high density was higher than low density. GA3 was inconsistent before winter, except for low density treatment, (Z + ZR) peaked before winter, and then gradually approached. IAA had a higher content of low density at early tillering stage, a higher density at winter and a lower tendency at different densities after winter , High density content was significantly higher than the low density. It also shows that ABA may be related to the cold resistance of wheat, Z + ZR and IAA closely linked with the occurrence of tillering.
