应用 EDTA 络合滴定测定铁氧体(铁淦氧)中的的金属元素是比较快速、准确和具有选择性的方法。有一些方法系先将铁分离,例如 Mg—Pb—Ni,Co—Mn—Mg,Mn—Mg 及 Mn—Mg—Zn 铁氧体的分析。这里提出的方法,不分离铁,用抗坏血酸、氰化钾进行掩蔽。含锰的试样在掩蔽铁时,由于生成亚铁氰化锰的白色沉淀,使结果偏低。这可以在氨化前加入比需要量略少的 EDTA 来避免沉淀的生成。方法适用于各种铁氧体中 Mn、Mg、Zn(或 Mg—Pb)的测定。
The application of EDTA complexometric titration of ferrite (ferrite) of the metal element is a relatively fast, accurate and selective method. There are methods that first separate iron, such as the analysis of Mg-Pb-Ni, Co-Mn-Mg, Mn-Mg and Mn-Mg-Zn ferrites. The method proposed here, without separation of iron, masked with ascorbic acid, potassium cyanide. Manganese-containing samples in the masking of iron, due to the formation of white ferrocyanide precipitation, the result is low. This can be done by adding slightly less EDTA than required before ammoniation to avoid precipitation. The method is suitable for the determination of Mn, Mg, Zn (or Mg-Pb) in various ferrites.
