2012年11月,我参加了为期1个月的上海市中等职业学校教师赴德国高级研修班培训。德国双元制职业教育的四个鲜明特点给我留下了深刻印象:职业学校的学生大部分时间在企业进行技能训练,训练内容与生产活动紧密结合;大企业通过自有的培训场所广泛参与教学活动,并向没有培训条件的企业开放;在普通学校、职业学校和高等学校之间具有灵活互通选择的可能;在行业协会的主导下进行职业技能考核,通过培训与考核相分离,体现了公平和权威,值得我们借鉴。校企合作是中职学校培养高素质技能型人才的重要办学模式,是实现中职学校培养目标的基本途径。近年来,我校借鉴德国双元制的主要特性,夯实办学基础,借助区域资源优势,以校企合作为突破口,扎实推进专业建设并取得了阶段性进展。2011年我校接受教育部和市教委下达的对口支援新疆建设任务,开设城市燃气输配与应用专业,承担内地新疆中职班教学工作,首批培养城市燃气输配与应用专业学生108名。 In November 2012, I attended a one-month Shanghai secondary vocational school teacher training in advanced seminars in Germany. Four distinctive features of German dual system vocational education left a deep impression on me: students in vocational schools spend most of their time practicing skills training in enterprises, and training content is closely integrated with production activities. Large enterprises participate extensively through their own training venues Teaching activities and open to enterprises without training conditions; the possibility of flexible intercommunication between ordinary schools, vocational schools and higher education institutions; the examination of vocational skills under the guidance of trade associations and the separation of training and assessment, reflecting the Fair and authoritative, it is worth learning from. School-enterprise cooperation is an important mode of education for secondary vocational schools in training high-quality skilled personnel, and is the basic way to achieve the goal of secondary vocational school training. In recent years, our school draws on the main features of the German dual system and consolidates the foundations of running a school. With the help of regional resources and taking the cooperation between schools and enterprises as a breakthrough point, we have made solid progress in professional construction and achieved phased progress. In 2011, our school received the counterparts from the Ministry of Education and the Municipal Education Commission to support the construction of Xinjiang, set up the city’s gas distribution and application specialty, undertake the teaching work in secondary vocational schools in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and first to cultivate 108 students in urban gas transmission and distribution and application programs.
