绩效管理工作是人力资源的六大领域之一,在发电企业工程项目建设期实施绩效管理,也是十分必要的。笔者从发电企业工程项目建设期实施绩效管理面临的困难出发,集合笔者的实际工作经验,就发电企业在工程项目建设期如何更好地开展绩效管理提出了建议。
Performance management is one of the six major areas of human resources. It is also very necessary to implement performance management during the construction period of power plant projects. Based on the difficulties in implementing performance management during the construction period of power generation enterprises, the author collects the author’s practical work experience and puts forward suggestions on how to better perform performance management during the construction period of power generation projects.
