航运业作为资本密集型产业,融资是解决造船买船所面对的资金缺口问题主要方法之一,本文将介绍各种船舶融资方式及分析其特点,并进一步对于船舶融资风险进行系统性的分析。在理论的支撑下,本文就CDS产品进行探究,将CDS产品现状与船舶融资两者进行有机结合,对于CDS产品在船舶融资方面的拓展进行包括可行性分析,风险控制设计,交易机制设计的进一步探讨。
As a capital-intensive industry, financing is one of the main ways to solve the financing gap faced by shipbuilding. This article will introduce various modes of ship financing and analyze its characteristics, and further analyze systematically the risk of ship financing . Under the support of theory, this article explores the CDS products, and combines the actuality of CDS products with the financing of ships. The feasibility study, risk control design and trading mechanism design for CDS product expansion in ship financing are further discussed Discussion.
