1997年下半年爆发的东南亚金融危机;2001年美国“9.11”事件;2002年末发生的朝核危机;2003年春天在亚洲广泛爆发的“非典”危机;2004年9月发生的俄罗斯别斯兰重大人质危机;2005年“卡特里娜”飓风袭击美国,而引发的能源危机……这些危机无一不给相应国家的社会、经济、环境和发展带来巨大灾难。所以,人类必须进行和加强危机管理。文章讨论“危机管理”的相关概念,分析典型危机管理案例,在此基础上提出我国开展危机管理的对策。
The Southeast Asian financial crisis that erupted in the second half of 1997; the “9.11” incident in the United States in 2001; the North Korean nuclear crisis that occurred at the end of 2002; the “SARS” crisis that erupted in Asia in the spring of 2003; the important Russian Islander incident that took place in September 2004; Hostage crisis; 2005 Hurricane Katrina hit the United States, which triggered the energy crisis ... These crises have all brought great disaster to the social, economic, environmental and development of the corresponding countries. Therefore, mankind must conduct and strengthen crisis management. The article discusses the related concepts of “crisis management”, analyzes the typical case of crisis management, and puts forward the countermeasures of crisis management in our country.
