针对R县14个乡镇的123名乡镇干部开展问卷调查,了解乡镇干部对自身工作的总体满意度,并分析影响满意度的主要原因,进而提出了关于提高乡镇干部工作满意度的建议。
A total of 123 township cadres from 14 townships in R county were surveyed to find out the overall satisfaction of township cadres with their own jobs and to analyze the main reasons for their satisfaction. Then, some suggestions were put forward to improve the job satisfaction of township cadres.
