江泽民同志在1995年全国宣传工作会议上指出,要深入学习建设有中国特色社会主义理论,“关键是要在认真学习邓小平同志原著的基础上,全面正确地掌握这一理论的科学体系,领会精神实质”。最近在《邓小平经济理论学习纲要》的序言中又指出:“把邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论的学习提高到新水平,就要组织广大党员、干部特别是各级领导干部从深度和广度两个方面下功夫,对这一理论有更加完整的准确的认识,善于学习、掌握和运用这一理论体系来指导我们的各项工作。”这都告诉我们:全面掌握邓小平理论(包括经济、政治、科技、教育、文化等各个方面的理论)的科学体系,是当前把邓小平理论的学习提高到新水平的首要关键。本文拟结合当前深入学习邓小平经济理论的实际,就其中的三个问题谈些个人看法。
Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out at the 1995 National Propaganda Work Conference that to study in depth the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, “the key is to fully and correctly grasp the scientific system of this theory on the basis of earnestly studying Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s original work and to understand Spiritual substance ”. In the preface to the “Outline for the Study of Deng Xiaoping’s Economic Theory” recently, he also pointed out: “When we raise Deng Xiaoping’s theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics to a new level, we must organize the majority of party members and cadres, especially leading cadres at all levels, from the depth and breadth Work hard on both sides, have a more complete and accurate understanding of this theory, be good at learning, mastering and applying this theoretical system to guide our work. ”All of this tells us that it is imperative to fully grasp the theory of Deng Xiaoping (including the economy , Politics, science and technology, education, culture and other aspects of the theory) of the scientific system is currently the primary key to the study of Deng Xiaoping Theory raised to a new level. Based on the current study of Deng Xiaoping’s economic theory, this article intends to talk about some of the three issues.
