金融危机不仅是经济的危机，它是产生于多种国际政治和国际经济因素共同作用下的一种矛盾运动，生产关系与生产力发展不适应是其发生的根本原因。由美国次贷危机引起的全球性金融危机对中国的影响正日趋显现，分析其成因及传染机制并提出相应防范措施，让金融危机转“危”为“机”。
