一、慶祝中华人民共和国成立四周年!二、世界和平萬岁!反對戰爭挑撥者!三、慶祝朝鲜停战的伟大勝刊!朝鲜停戰協定的签订,是朝中人民反對美国侵略戰爭的伟大胜利,是和平民主阵营坚持和平解决朝鲜問題的政策的偉大勝利,是各國人民要求協商解决国際爭端的主張的偉大勝利。爭取朝鮮停战協定的徹底實施!爭取政治会議的迅速召開和朝鮮問題的和平解决!四、用和平協商的方式解决一切国際爭端!發展各國人民间的友好合作和经济文化关系!反對帝国主义侵略者的「冷戰」和挑釁政策!一切願意和平的國家和人民聯合起來,爭取緩和国際形勢,制止美国继续控制聯合国、阻撓和平協商的行為!
