目的：探讨嗜铬细胞瘤的外科治疗经验。方法：报告１２ 例经手术和病理证实的嗜铬细胞瘤并结合文献进行临床分析。结果：全部病例均经手术切除肿瘤，无手术死亡。结论：指出术前准备的经验是控制血压、纠正心律失常和预扩充血容量，并强调术前术中处理较术后处理更重要。
Objective: To explore the surgical treatment experience of pheochromocytoma. METHODS: Twelve cases of pheochromocytoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were reported and clinical analysis was performed with the literature. Results: All cases were surgically resected and no operative death occurred. Conclusion: It is pointed out that the preoperative preparation experience is to control blood pressure, correct arrhythmia and pre-expansion of blood volume, and emphasizes that preoperative treatment is more important than postoperative treatment.
