本文叙述一种用微型计算机控制连续测定流动液体密度的测量系统。该系统是利用一种类似于充满液体的空心音叉换能器制成的,这种器件的基模谐振频率是液体密度的函数。利用压电效应激励器件振荡并记录下这种振荡;用微型计算机控制频率扫描、检测谐振频率和把频率变换成密度。在实验室的测试中获得了0.05%级的精度,这种系统非常适合于工业上应用。
This article describes a measurement system for the continuous measurement of the density of a flowing liquid using a microcomputer. The system is made using a hollow, tuning fork-like transducer that is filled with liquid. The fundamental mode resonance frequency of such a device is a function of the density of the liquid. The piezoelectric effect is used to vibrate the device and record such oscillations; the microcomputer is used to control the frequency sweep, detect the resonant frequency and convert the frequency to density. Achieved 0.05% level of accuracy in laboratory tests, this system is very suitable for industrial applications.
