背石板看戏他年轻,他太年轻,以至在教学生涯中迈出第一步时,便跌了一跤。那是一九八二年深秋。下课了,他一边收拾讲义,一边用充满自信的目光,往坐在后排听课的权威们身上悄悄扫了一遍,想从他们的眼神中看到赞许的目光。然而,他失望了。这次全校教学大检查,他得了个倒数第一。“《师说》,简直太熟悉了。在中学学过,上大学,教授又专门讲了两节课。我不也是洋洋洒洒讲了两个课时吗?怎么会……”
He was young on the back slate and he was so young that when he took the first step in his teaching career, he fell. It was late 1982. After class, he collected the lecture notes, and with a confident look, he sneaked over to the authority who sat in the back row and wanted to see the praise from their eyes.
