目的建立红草止鼾胶囊的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对处方中红景天、甘草、土木香分别进行了定性鉴别,采用RP-HPLC法分别测定了本品中牛蒡子苷及盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果 TLC法可检出红景天、甘草、土木香;牛蒡子苷在0.336~2.016μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.67%,RSD为1.49%;盐酸麻黄碱在0.129~0.860范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.95%,RSD为0.90%。结论该研究所建立的方法简便、可靠、重现性良好,可用于红草止鼾胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Hong Cao Zhi snore capsule. Methods The contents of Arctiin and Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma et Radix were identified by TLC respectively. The content of Arctiin and Ephedrine Hydrochloride in this product were determined by RP-HPLC. Results TLC showed that Rhodiola rosea, Glycyrrhiza glabra and Dracocephalum officinalis could be detected. Arctiin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.336 ~ 2.016 μg with an average recovery of 97.67% and a RSD of 1.49%. Ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linearity between 0.129 and 0.860 The linearity within the range was good with an average recovery of 97.95% and a RSD of 0.90%. Conclusion The method established in this study is simple, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Hongcaozhi snore capsule.
