患者蒲××,女,33岁。因右侧泪囊部红肿疼痛2天就诊。全身检查未见异常。眼部检查:双眼视力均1.2,右眼上下睑稍肿胀,泪囊部皮肤红肿、稍有压痛,无波动感,球结膜轻度充血及水肿,左眼未见异常。血常规检查:白细胞12 800/立方毫米,中性粒细胞70％,淋巴细胞27％,嗜酸性粒细胞3％。患者诉月经未来潮两月余。请妇产科会诊,作青蛙试验和乳胶试验,均呈阳性,故考虑为早孕。初步诊断为
