各市人民政府、行署,各县(市)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校: 为了实施大公司、大集团战略,壮大国民经济发展的支撑和带动力量,省政府确定136户规模较大、实力较强的企业集团作为我省重点企业集团,加以重点培植。现将名单予以公布,并就有关问题通知如下。一、充分认识培植发展重点企业集团的重要意义。省政府确定的136户重点企业集团,1997年销售收入和实现利税约占全省乡及乡以上工业企业的40%和50%,初步规划2000年占到60%和70%左右。抓好这批重点企业集团,对促进全省经济战略性调整和整体素质提高,加快向经济强省的跨越具有重要作用。各级政府和有关部门,都要从全局和战略的高度认识培植重点企业集团的重要意义,全力支持其发展壮大。二、坚持正确的指导思想和原则。培植发展重点企业集团,要着眼于全省经济的战
