党的十七届五中全会明确提出,逐步完善符合国情、比较完整、覆盖城乡的可持续的基本公共服务体系,提高政府的保障能力,推进基本公共服务均等化。当前强化政府的公共服务职能,提升政府公共服务能力,是政府的职责。在肯定我国政府公共服务中取得进展的基础上,深入分析了当前政府公共服务建设中存在的问题,进而提出了提升政府公共服务能力的路径选择。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party made it clear that it will gradually improve a sustainable basic public service system that is in keeping with its national conditions, is relatively complete and covers urban and rural areas, enhances the government’s guarantee capability and promotes the equalization of basic public services. At present, it is the government’s responsibility to strengthen the government’s public service functions and enhance the government’s public service capabilities. On the basis of affirming the progress of government public service in our country, this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems in the government public service construction, and then puts forward the route choice to enhance the government public service ability.
