提升铁路物流企业经营管理,提高竞争力,企业管理模式是主要影响因素,管理模式的科学性、合理性,影响企业的经营效率和效果。本文从铁路物流企业的经营管理状况分析,认为实行“总分公司为主,母子公司为辅”、“两级核算,三级管理”的管理架构更为有益。
To enhance the operation and management of railway logistics enterprises and enhance their competitiveness, the enterprise management mode is the main factor influencing the scientific and rational management mode and affects the operation efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises. This article analyzes the operation and management status of railway logistics enterprises and finds that it is more beneficial to implement the management structure of “the main branch company, supplemented by mother and subsidiary companies ”, “two levels of accounting, three levels of management ”.
