楼市“风水轮流转”。上期的城东板块凭借玉兰公寓的超俗表现脱颖而出,在各大板块中几乎鹤立鸡群。而本期的“风水”则转到了钱江新城板块,凭借万象城、新绿园和晓庐三大盘的集体发力,钱江新城一路高歌,轻松笑到了最后。而同是钱江新城板块的万象城和新绿园,一开盘就已经在购房者心目中悄悄形成了比拼。同一板块,同一时间开盘,同样由品牌开发商开发,又同是精装修住宅楼盘,而且价位也差不多,这些神奇的“巧合”让该两大盘暗暗地较上劲儿。其实,与其说是两个楼盘之间的PK,还不如说是外来品牌开发商和本地品牌开发商之间的一次正面交锋。看来在这种“僧少粥多”的市场形势下,竞争激烈是在所难免的了。
