用 Pd（NO_3）—Triton X-100作硒的改进剂,使硒的允许灰化温度提高到1200℃,吸光度提高 2.92倍。用Zeeman效应校正背景,有效地克服铁、磷等光谱干扰,方法的检出限为8.0ng·ml~(-1),线性范围为10～120ng·ml~(-1),线性相关系数为0.9931。
With Pd (NO_3) -Triton X-100 as a selenium modifier, the allowable ashing temperature of selenium was increased to 1200 ℃, and the absorbance increased by 2.92 times. The detection limit of the method is 8.0ng · ml -1 with the linear range of 10 ~ 120ng · ml -1 by using the Zeeman effect to correct the background and effectively overcome the spectral interferences such as iron and phosphorus. The linear correlation coefficient is 0.9931.
