生产资料社会占有,没有商品经济,是生产力发展到一定阶段的产物,如果脱离生产力水平而取消商品经济,必然导致生产关系超前于生产力,进入欲速则不达的误区。马克思指出:“无论哪一个社会形态,在它所容纳全部生产力发挥出来之前是绝不会灭亡的;而新的更高的生产关系在它的物质条件在旧社会的胎胞里成熟之前是绝不会出现的”。列宁认为,没有资本主义的物资、技术基础,是不能建立社会主义的。也就是说当社会生产力和物质文化水平达到一定阶段之后,才能产生社会主义经济以及新的更高的生产关系,才有可能实现有计划按比例的配置
