个案背景小煜(化名),男,14岁,7年前父母离婚,现与爷爷、奶奶、爸爸一起生活。小煜4岁时被诊断为偏中度自闭症,去各种医院、康复机构进行过治疗康复,但一直未有明显改观。2012年起,小煜每年到北京大兴康复训练中心进行两个疗程的听统治疗,每个疗程10天,效果较好。但是由于小煜其他时间都待在家里,受家庭成员之间冲突的影响,治疗效果没能很好地巩固,甚至对小煜造成更大的刺激,小煜出现情绪波动。对此,小煜的爷爷很是着急,迫切希望社会工作者帮
