习近平总书记在十八届中央纪委第三次全体会议上第一次明确提出,党委的主体责任是选好用好干部、纠正损害群众利益行为、从源头上防治腐败、支持执纪执法工作、当好廉洁从政表率等五个方面。检察机关承担着国家法律监督的重要职能,维护着社会公平正义的最终防线,党组尤其要扎扎实实地挑担子、担责任,孜孜不倦地创业绩、促发展。从当前检察工作实践来看,强化党组主体责任要在三个方面进一步深化认识、落实措施。
