复方苦参注射液是目前临床常用的抗肿瘤中药制剂,由苦参和土茯苓提取加工而成,主要成分为生物碱和黄酮类化合物。由于其清热利湿、凉血解毒、散结止痛功效显著,临床广泛用于各种中晚期肿瘤患者的辅助用药。随着复方苦参注射液临床应用的不断推广,其不良反应也急剧增加。现将1例复方苦参注射液引起的不良反应报道如下。

Because of its heat dampness, cooling blood detoxification, Sanjie significant analgesic effect, clinical widely used in various advanced cancer patients in the adjuvant medication. With the continuous promotion of compound Kushenin injection clinical application, its adverse reaction also increased sharply. Now 1 case compound Kushen injection caused adverse reactions are reported as follows.
