精神专科医院的服务对象具有特殊性,近年来我国相继出台了相关的文件,加强了对精神专科医院的管理。由于病人的特殊性,所以作病人病史的档案管理工作就极其重要,其不仅是医院档案管理的重要部分,而且与病人疾病预防情况和人个的隐私息息相关,所以对于精神专科医院加强病人的病历档案管理工作更具有非常重要的意义。本文从精神专科医院的病历档案管理的特殊性入手,分析了精神专科医院病历的计算机管理,并进一步对精神专科医院病历管理工作中病因隐私权的保护进行了具体的阐述。
