针对飞行院校学员毕业前时间紧、人数多、飞行任务重、工作头绪多、思想压力大的特点,就如何做好航卫交接工作,浅谈几点体会: 1 开好交接预备会 交接前要及时召开有军政干部、航医和接收部队航卫人员参加的交接预备会。认真分析学员的政治思想、飞行技术和身体健康状况,对需要重点交接的要详细介绍,使接收部队对毕业学员的情况有较全面的了解。
