研究了颗粒增强铝基复合材料的室温拉伸性能与断裂机理.结果表明,由于材料变形的区域化及残余应力的存在,使应用传统的测量均匀材料强度的方法来测量颗粒增强金属基复合材料(PRMMCs) 强度会产生一定的误差.断口分析显示,PRMMCs 的断裂也属于MNG 断裂模式
The tensile properties and fracture mechanism of particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites at room temperature were studied. The results show that due to the regionalization of the material deformation and the residual stress, the traditional method of measuring the strength of uniform materials to measure the strength of particle reinforced metal matrix composites (PRMMCs) will produce some errors. Fracture analysis shows that the fracture of PRMMCs also belongs to MNG fracture mode
