右心声学造影虽然是一种非创伤性检查,但先天心脏病性房室间隔缺损左向右分流期其阳性率不高。我们1984年以来经右心导管进行左心声学造影19例,成功病例可以很清楚地观察到心内分流的部位和分流的方向。现报告如下。
Although right heart acoustic contrast is a non-invasive examination, but the congenital heart disease atrioventricular septal defect left to right shunt its positive rate is not high. Left ventricular angiography was performed in 19 patients with right heart catheterization since 1984, and successful cases can clearly observe the location of the intracardiac shunt and the direction of shunting.
