为了对振动筛横梁的结构断裂进行分析,采用有限元分析软件ALGOR对其进行整体分析,通过动力学和静力学数值模拟的分析,表明最大应力部位主要集中于支撑横梁槽钢螺栓开口处及横梁中下部。断裂的主要原因源于疲劳破坏,另外横梁的设计不合理与应力集中也是引起断裂的原因。最后提出了横梁改进及加工与日常的维护方法。
In order to analyze the structural fracture of shale shaker, the finite element analysis software ALGOR is used to analyze the structure. Through the analysis of dynamic and statics numerical simulation, it is shown that the maximum stress is mainly concentrated on the bolt opening of the supporting beam and the beam Middle and lower part. The main reason of fracture is fatigue failure. In addition, the unreasonable design of beams and stress concentration are also the causes of fracture. Finally, the beam improvement and processing and routine maintenance methods are put forward.
