马来西亚对外资的利用和管制

马来西亚利用外资在发展中国家中是较为成功的一例。它吸引了大量外资,基本上能把外资纳入本国经济发展的轨道;而且,外资在资本结构中的比重不断下降,并由此实现外资来源多元化。巨额外国贷款的流入没有发生债务危机,但马来西亚对外资的利用仍有许多不足之处,本文拟通过对马来西亚利用和限制外资政策的剖析,总结一些经验教训,以便我国能有所借鉴。

Malaysia’s use of foreign investment is one of the more successful examples in developing countries. It has attracted a large amount of foreign investment and basically can bring foreign capital into the track of its own economic development. Moreover, the proportion of foreign capital in the capital structure has been declining, and thus the diversification of sources of foreign investment can be achieved. There are still many deficiencies in the utilization of foreign capital in Malaysia. This paper attempts to summarize some experiences and lessons learned through the analysis of the policy of utilizing and restricting foreign investment in Malaysia, so that our country can learn from it.
