目的对辛伐他汀搭配缬沙坦在高血压伴高脂血症治疗中的应用疗效进行探讨分析。方法采用随机抽选法从本院近年收治的高血压伴高脂血症患者中抽取50例作为研究对象,并按照治疗方式的不同分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,治疗组患者采用辛伐他汀搭配缬沙坦治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果两组血压、血脂指标治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05),而治疗后治疗组患者血压、血脂各项指标改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗高血压伴高脂血症可采用辛伐他汀搭配缬沙坦治疗,其能有效提高治疗效果,改善患者血压、血脂中各项指标,提高患者生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得在推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of simvastatin with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia. Methods Fifty patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who were treated in our hospital in recent years were selected as research objects and divided into treatment group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases) according to different treatment methods. Patients in treatment group Simvastatin with valsartan treatment, the control group using conventional treatment, the two groups were compared the therapeutic effect. Results There were no significant differences in blood pressure and blood lipids between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the improvement of blood pressure and blood lipid in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia can be treated with simvastatin combined with valsartan, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, improve the patient’s blood pressure, blood lipids in various indicators and improve patient quality of life, with high clinical value , It is worth promoting.
