清末,直隶省开始兴办基层乡镇警政,取得了一定成绩,收到了一定实效,但也存在有巡警来源多途、素质较低的问题,从而大大影响了警政效果。
At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Zhili Province started to set up policing of grassroots towns and made some achievements and received some practical results. However, there were also problems with multiple sources and low quality of patrol sources, which greatly affected the effectiveness of policing.
