[背景] 2005年7月13日,海南省“理科状元”李洋因“高考移民”身份被海南省考试局取消了报考本科第一批院校的资格,2006年4月5日,清华大学最终决定：取消被认定为“高考移民”并已在清华大学就读半年多的宋笑天的学籍……近些年,国家教育部、各省区市及高校都出台了一系列旨在封堵高考移民的措施。虽然取得了一定成效,但一方面并没有从根本上解决高考移民问题,另一方面又引发了教育体制、道德、法律等诸多方面的争论。交锋观点自然越辩越明,透过现象看本质,才能把握未来趋势,辩证看待我国高考录取制度,远离高考移民雷区。
[Background] July 13, 2005, Hainan Province “science champion” Li Yang was “college entrance exam ” identity by the Hainan Provincial Examination Bureau canceled the qualifications for the first batch of undergraduate institutions, April 5, 2006 Tsinghua University finally decided to cancel the school registration of Song Xiaotian who has been recognized as an “immigrant for college entrance examination” and has been studying at Tsinghua University for more than six months. In recent years, the Ministry of Education, various provinces, municipalities, and universities have issued a series of Measures to block college entrance examinations for immigrants. Although it has achieved certain results, on the one hand, it has not solved the problem of immigration of college entrance examinations on the one hand; on the other hand, it has triggered debates on education systems, ethics, and laws. In fact, the more confrontational the viewpoint of confrontation, the essence can be grasped through the phenomenon, in order to grasp the future trend, dialectical view of China’s college entrance examination admission system, away from the college entrance examination immigrants minefield.
